A driving reason behind me beginning this work is personal: after being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I realized there are many, many descriptive resources for managing ADHD. These resources, however, never helped me understand how I was supposed to take these descriptive factors and use them effectively in my own life.

This mismatch virtually always led to frustration and shame — what’s wrong with me? Why can’t I do this right?!?!?

My specialized work as a classroom teacher gives me a unique insight into the hows of doing things, not just the whys.
